New Generator for the Municipal Complex!

A huge THANK YOU goes out to the team at D.R. Howell Electric Inc. for installing the new generator at the Municipal Complex! This 60kW Generac unit was funded by the Community Emergency Preparedness grant through the Ontario Government.

This generator will assist emergency services (like public works and fire) during an emergency. It's an essential piece of equipment for our community in a rural area with very few community spaces or areas for residents to attend during a weather event or emergency when power is lost for several days!
